NALCO CMD Ansuman Das honored with Sri Visveswaraya award

Bhubaneswar: Shri Ansuman Das,  CMD  National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has received the prestigious Sri Visveswaraya Award at the 47th Engineers Day celebration held at Cuttack, on September 15.  Instituted by the Orissa Engineers’ Forum, Shri Das received the award in recognition of his outstanding contributions and professional excellence, from Shri Debi Prasad Mishra, State  Minister of Industries, Odisha, in the presence of Shri Gopal Ballav Pattanaik, former Chief Justice of India and Prof. Baishnab Charan Tripathy, Vice-Chancellor, Ravenshaw University.    

 

 

 

A Mechanical Engineer from REC, Rourkela (Now National Institute of Technology), Shri Das has more than three decades of long professional association with the Aluminium Industry and is very-well known in industry circles and holds a number of key positions in several industry associations.
