NMDC Declared Annual Performance Incentive for FY 2017
New Delhi: India’s Largest Iron Ore Producer NMDC has taken decision in its Apex Joint Council Meeting and Corporate Level Bipartite Committee held at Kolkata on 06th October 2017 to pay Rs.55,600/- to every eligible workmen employed on regular rolls towards Annual Performance Incentive under Annual Performance Incentive Scheme for the FY 2017.
Shri N.Baijendra Kumar, IAS, CMD, NMDC along with all Functional Directors of NMDC viz Dr.Narendra K Nanda, Director(Technical), Dr.T.R.K.Rao, Director(Commercial), Shri P.K.Satpathy, Director(Production), Shri D.S.Ahluwalia, Director(Finance), Shri Sandeep Tula, Director(Personnel) and Members of All India Trade Union of NMDC have come to consensus in the above said Apex Joint Council Meeting where in Shri Gurudas Dasgupta, Hon’ble Ex- Member of Parliament, & President of All India NMDC Workers Federation was also present, to declare Annual Performance Incentive to all eligible workmen.
Both CMD , NMDC and President, All India NMDC Workers Federation praised the dedicated efforts of all employees which resulted in achieving these highest ever record Production of 34 Million Tonnes and record Sales of 35.6 Million Tonnes of Iron Ore for the year 2016-17
NMDC which has a dedicated team of around 5500 employees on its roll, is well known for its best HR Practices & Industrial Relations that enabled the Company to achieve the above highest ever record performance.
