PFC GEL Signs MoU with PTCFSC to Finance non-conventional and renewable sources
NEW DELHI . PFC Green Energy Ltd and PTC India Financial Services Ltd. signed an MoU on 10th September, 2014 to facilitate joint financing of renewable energy projects. The MoU was signed by Shri. A. Chakravarti, CEO, PFC GEL and Shri. R. M. Malla, Managing Director and CEO,PFS in the presence of Chairman, PFC GEL, Directorsand other senior officials of PFC GELandPFS. (PFC GEL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Ltd.
By way of this MOU, both the Companies shall cooperate to leverage their respective strengths and competencies for facilitating financing of non-conventional and renewable sources of energy projects for their mutual benefit.
