MCL Organises Workshop on System Approach of Management

Sambalpur .   Mahanadi Coal field  Limited  organised  a Workshop on System Approach of Management by Mining, Geological & Metallurgical Institute of India (MGMI ),  at Talcher Coalfields .  The workshop was formally inaugurated by Sri A K Tiwari, Director (Tech/Operation)  MCL by lighting lamps.

Sri A K Tiwari, while addressing the participants admired MCL as the No.1 among the coal producing subsidiaries of CIL.  He explained importance of ‘Work’ for ‘Wealth’, ‘Wealth’ for ‘Virtue’, and ‘virtue’ for ‘Happiness’ thereby inspiring the audience to work to achieve target of production and marketing to have the finance and resulting happiness to the nation at large.   In the workshop about 131 executives from all levels, including GM, CGM from Talcher Coalfields, IB Coalfields & MCL HQ participated and some eminent speaker like Sri Chanchal Chakraborty, Chennai, ,Shri S K Bhattacharya, Kolkata, an experts on subject matter delivered lecture on the occasion .
