4 films of MCL win PRCI accolades
Sambalpur. Four films produced by Mahanadi Coalfields Limited showcasing different facets of coal mining operations baged PRCI’s Corporate Collateral Awards-2016.
MCL film, “DIGITAL VIGILANCE—IT in Fighting Corruption’’, which showcased the IT interventions undertaken in coal mining business, was awarded Silver prize in Documentary category.
Film was Scripted and Directed by MCL PRO Vinayak D Jamwal.
Whereas, three other films – ‘A Coal Miner with the Difference’; ‘Mining Coal with Green Thoughts’ and ‘Sharing Smiles’ – won the Bronze prizes in the categories of ‘Motivational Films’; ‘Corporate Films’ and ‘CSR’ respectively.

Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) recognising
exceptional works in the fields of mass communication, were received by Mr Vinayak D Jamwal along with Mr Astik Prasad Sahu, Assistant Manager (Pers), MCL headquarters, at 10th Global PR Conference held at Kolkata.
