5 DAY WORKSHOP ORGANISED BY SCOPE
Jaipur: Standing Conference of Public Enterprise (SCOPE) is the highest commercial organization that represents Public enterprises of Central Government. Some State enterprises, banks and other organizations are also its member. The SCOPE is organizing a 5-day management development program on the subject, “Developing Future Leaders – Challenges and Opportunities” in Hotel Clarke Amer, Jaipur.
Shri A. K. Jain, Managing Director, Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited, Jaipur, while addressing the participants in speaking at the inaugural session of the program on 1st August, said that the mid level managers are like a critical mass in a company and much of the success the company depends on the capacity building of this critical mass. He shared his experiences with the participants. Moreover, he appreciated Dr. U. D. Choubey, Director General, SCOPE for taking such initiatives for developing cutting edge management development programs, for executives from Central Public Sector Enterprises and for choosing Jaipur as a venue for holding such a development program.
Dr U. D. Choubey, Director General, SCOPE gave the welcome address and spoke about the vision and mission of the Academy. Mr. Ashok Bhat, Director, Mindshare HR Consulting, gave information in perspective of the program.
More than forty senior executives from different Public Sector Enterprises attended the program. Ms Hema Koul, Program Coordinator proposed vote of thanks at the conclusion of the inaugural session.
