CERC dismisses SECIs petition seeking termination of solar PPA signed with Welspun
NEW DELHI . The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has dismissed a review petition filed by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The petition had asked for the review of the commission’s previous order on a petition filed by Welspun Energy Private Limited (WEPL) regarding a 100 MW solar project in Maharashtra.
