CHAIRMAN CIL INAUGURATES SAMADHAN CELL

KOLKATA: Shri. Gopal Singh, Chairman, CIL inaugurated a “Samadhan Cell” at CIL’s Corporate Office in Kolkata. Stakeholders and employees can lodge their grievances at the Samadhan Cell. The grievances lodged will be acknowledged and redressed within 30 days. A display board will update the status of grievances every week. Shri. C.K.Dey, Director - Finance, CIL, Shri. S N Prasad, Director - Marketing, CIL and Shri Shekhar Saran, Director - Technical, CIL were present on the occasion.
