Centre to start CSR course from
PATNA: With corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities made compulsory by the government of India from the current financial year, the Union ministry of corporate affairs has rolled out a first of its kind short-term course in CSR to create certified experts in the field.
The course, designed by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and called 'IICA Certificate Programme in CSR (ICP-CSR)', is being launched simultaneously in 10 states including Bihar. The first batch will comprise 300 students in which about 60-80 seats have been allocated for students of Bihar region including Jharkhand. ADRI will facilitate the programme in Bihar region.
