Govt ropes in NBCC for Ganga feasibility study in Bihar
NEW DELHI . Government has roped in state-run National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) to carry out the feasibility study and conditional assessment of river Ganga for the entry-level activities in Bihar.
The entry-level activities will include modernisation and provision of public amenities at ghats, repair, cleaning of the river surface, treatment of directly discharging drains in villages along Ganga and repair, renovation and construction of crematoria.
