KC Chakrabarty to join Indiabulls Housing Finance as Independent Director

MUMBAI: Former deputy governor of the Reserve Bank of India KC Chakrabarty, known to speak his mind, will soon join the board of Indiabulls Housing Finance (IBHFL) as an independent director, said people familiar with the development.

RM Malla, former CMD of IDBI Bank and Sidbi, and currently managing director of PTC India Financial Services, a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation, will also join the company's board as an independent director. ECONOMIC TIMES
