KIOCL RELEASES DIVIDEND TO GOVERNMENT
Bengaluru: KIOCL Ltd., (A Govt. of India Enterprise) under Ministry of Steel, is engaged In the manufacture of high grade Iron Oxide Pellets. The Company with its HQ at Bangalore and Pellet Plant located at Mangalore has produced 1.46 million tons pellets during the year 2016-17. During the year, the Company registered a profit of Rs.47.93 crores,
KIOCL has paid 50% of its profit as dividend to share holders including Govt. of India, which holds 99% of shares. Shri MV Subba Rao, CMD (Addl. Charge) handed over a dividend cheque to the Hon’ble Minister of Steel Shri Chaudhary Birender Singh in the presence of Secretary, Ministry of Steel on 18th Sept.2017 at New Delhi.
