LIC announces CSR initiatives on 57th anniversary
Indore .The corporation has also started Madhur Bima Gram scheme in which the villages offering more than 300 policies are given Rs 25,000 for
development works. Indore division of LIC India announced range of corporate social responsibility initiatives to mark the corporation's 57th
anniversary celebrations.
Addressing media persons on Sunday, senior divisional manager Ratnakar Patnaik said that the corporation would offer scholarships to the best
students from five schools each under every branch in the division.
The corporation has also started Madhur Bima Gram scheme in which the villages offering more than 300 policies are given Rs 25,000 for development works.Claiming that the compaction receives 65% business from rural areas, Patnaik said that rural career agents are being appointed in rural areas by the corporation.DNA India
