MCL observes National Productivity Week
Sambalpur. Observing National Productivity Week, employees of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) today took an oath to contribute towards increasing productivity by adopting methods to ‘’reduce waste, recycle and reuse’’ waste products.
Mr A K Jha, Chairman and Managing Director, MCL unfurled the productivity flag today on National Productivity Day at the company headquarters here and administered the pledge.
Mr J P Singh, Director (Technical/Operations), Mr K K Parida, Director (Finance) and Mr L N Mishra, Director (Personnel) were among executives and employees, who also vowed to remain alert and spread awareness on increasing production and productivity with due regard to safety. MCL, the leading coal producing subsidiary of Coal India Limited, is observing National Productivity Week from February 12 to 18, 2017. Mr R K Sinha, General Manager (IED), conducted the proceedings of inaugural ceremony.
