MDP organised by The Business School for IOCL dealers concludes

JAMMU: Two-day Management Development Programme organised by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) in collaboration with The Business School University of Jammu concluded here on Tuesday.
 
The two-day programme was organized by IOCL for its dealers from Kashmir province under project DISHA with an aimed to develop management competencies among dealers with the objective of improving better management skills and exposing them to a wide array of proficiencies that can be achieved through the adoption of specific techniques.
 
The workshop was divided into seven sessions spread over two days and was attended by twenty IOCL dealers from different parts of Kashmir province. During the second day of the MDP, a total of three sessions were conducted on contemporary topics. The first session was conducted by Prof Vinay Chauhan, The Business School University of Jammu, who spoke on topic Brand Management.
