MoU SIGNED BETWEEN DVC AND REC for one-stop-shop for financing .
NEW DELHI. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed between Damodar Valley Corporation and Rural Electrification Company (REC) on 22th March, 2017 at DVC Towers, Kolkata. The MoU is signed by Shri Andrew W K Langstieh, IA&AS, Chairman, DVC and Dr. P.V. Ramesh, IAS, Chairman & Managing Director, REC, in presence of Shri P. K. Mukhopadhyay, Member-Secretary & Member(Finance), DVC ,ShriRP.Tripathi,Member (Technical) DVC, Shri S K Gupta, Director (Technical), REC and Mrs. Ritu Maheswari, IAS, Executive Director (T&D), REC. The said MoU would ensure one-stop-shop for financing ongoing and upcoming projects of DVC on the best and most competitive terms for the next five years.
