NBCC Bags Rs. 400 Cr. Contract in Dubai
New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has bagged a Rs 400 crore project awarded to it by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, to construct India Pavilion at the Dubai World Expo 2020.
The Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Shri Yogesh Sharma, Executive Director NBCC and Shri Manoj Dwivedi, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, in the presence of Dr. Anup Wadhawan, Commerce Secretary. The scope of work of the project includes Conceptualization, Design and Construction of 4,614 square meters India Pavilion and other utilities.
The India Pavilion sub-themed as ‘OPPORTUNITY’, will be a fine blend of modern outlook and billion dreams and millions of opportunities with a focus on building a happy world. The immense cultural diversity of India will also be on display at the pavilion.
