NBCC India board meets for bonus issue
NEW DELHI . The board of NBCC (India) will meet on Wednesday to consider the issue of bonus shares to shareholders. Investors will closely monitor the bonus ratio. The PSU major recently subdivided the face value of the company’s shares to ₹2 from ₹10. A little over 56,000 retail investors hold 4.08 per cent (or 2.45 crore shares) stake in the company. While the government owns 90 per cent stake, FPIs hold 2.28 per cent and MFs 0.76 per cent stake
