NCL COMMISSIONS MOBILE CRUSHER IN DUDHICHUA
SINGRAOULI:Aimed at providing better quality of coal to its consumers, Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has taken a yet another initiative of sizing the coal to match quality parameters. Dudhichua Area of NCL has installed a semi-mobile crusher which was inaugurated by General Manager Dudhichua, Shri.M.K.Prasad on Thursday.
In his inaugural address, Shri.Prasad said that in addition to enhancing off-take capacity of the area, the mobile crusher will also lead to increased coal production to the tune of 1.2 million tonne per annum and would help in clearing the coal stock.
Commissioned near East Coal Stock of the area, the mobile crusher has the capacity of crushing 3288 tonnes of coal per day to a size of (-) 100 mm. Subsequent to sizing, the despatch-ready coal will be transported to Dudhichua Wharfall for loading in Railway Wagons thereby easing the coal handling. With the facility of moving the crushing point, the mobile crusher would invariably reduce lead time between pit-head and despatch point.
