NCL Shines at Coal India Foundation Day
Kolkata: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) bagged three awards in different categories at 44th CIL Foundation Day on Thursday. The awards were presented by Shri Piyush Goyal Minister of Coal & Railways in a grand ceremony held at Kolkata.
The company bagged 'Best Achievement Award' for splendid performance in FY 2017-18. The Director (Technical/Operations) NCL Shri Gunadhar Pandey and Director (Finance) NCL, Shri N N Thakur received the award on behalf of the company.
In individual categories, Shri Ajit Kumar Chowdhary, General Manager, NCL Nigahi Area was awarded the 'Best Area General Manager' and Shri Sanjay Mishra, General Manager (CMC/Production) was honoured with the 'Best Corporate General Manager' award.
