NRDC Organized International Yoga Day on 21st June

New Delhi: National Research Development Corporation, organized Yoga workshop on International Yoga Day. The workshop was addressed by Yog Specialist of Indian Institute of Yoga, Shri Devendra Gupta, Ms. Sarita and Shri Sunil Nagpal ji. Almost all the officials and employees of the corporation enthusiastically participated in this yoga workshop.
 
Inaugurating the workshop Shri Devendra Gupta apprised the participants of the detailed definition of Yoga (Yoga Posthumous Disposition) described by Maharishi Patanjali. Putting the light on all aspects of Ashtanga Yoga, detailed topics related to Yama, Rama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, meditation and Samadhi presented in detail. In addition to presenting information about food, behavior and behavior needed for a healthy life, also motivating participants to live a modest life.
 
Ms. Sarita ji highlighted the importance of pranayama in life and its various types and practiced pranayama for all attendees. Make people aware of the art of living a long life through pranayama.
 
Mr. Sunil Nagpal, the other specialist of the Yoga Institute, gave information about various diseases in Yoga through various cautions and also demonstrated various Yogasanas.
The concluding workshop concludes with the thanks to Yog experts of Indian Yoga Institute and all attendees.
 
Overall, the above organization was carried out with the following objectives:
