NTPC to be part of community CCTV project in Hyd
HYDERABAD. NTPC today entered into an MoU with Hyderabad police to provide financial assistance of Rs one crore for the community CCTV project here.
Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development Initiative, NTPC entered into an MoU with the office of Hyderabad Commissioner of Police for installation of CCTV cameras in Old City areas.
NTPC, which is the first PSU to join hands with Hyderabad Police for installation of CCTV cameras, would extend a financial assistance of Rs one crore for the installation at areas falling under Kamatipura Police Station limits.
The MoU was signed by the NTPC Ltd Regional Executive Director (South) V.B. Fadnavis, and Hyderabad Commissionerate Joint Commissioner of Police (Co- ordinattion), T. Amarender Reddy, in the presence of Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, M. Mahendar Reddy,and NTPC Director (HR) U.P.Pani and other NTPC senior officials. Web India 123
