REIL Pays Dividend of Rs. 2.95 Crore to GOI for FY 2017-18
Jaipur: Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) has declared 20% Dividend to its Share Holders for the year 2017-18, in its 36th Annual General Meeting. On this occasion MD REIL, Shri A.K. Jain presented statistics for the year 2017-18 which emphasized that the Company has achieved a record turnover of Rs. 244.80 Crore.
Shri Rajeeva Swarup, Chairman, REIL stated that Company is maintaining profitability with innovative solutions, harmonious industrial relations and the continuous support of valued customers. The company will scale greater heights in the days to come. He expressed his sincere appreciation and thanks to the Employees, Business Associates, Valued Customers and Share Holders.
On this occasion, Shri Jain apprised that, in line with commitment of 'FAME India Scheme', the Company has developed and installed prototype SPV based hybrid charging stations of different capacities to charge electric vehicles and also deploying 200 AC/DC slow and fast charging stations with aim to manufacture these chargers in India later under 'Make in India' initiative to contribute in National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP). Under Skilling India initiative, the Company is in process of construction of State of Art Green building, to be used as skill development centre in the field of Information Technology, Electronics & Renewable Energy, IT-enabled services, Research & Development Center and Corporate Marketing.
