SCOPE for System Oriented Leadership in PSEs
NEW DELHI . SCOPE organized the 5th Advanced Global Leadership Programme (AGLP) with the objective to develop global leaders in public sector enterprises.
While speaking, Dr. U.D. Choubey, Director General, SCOPE said that the AGLP is one of the most sought after programmes of SCOPE. He said that there has been complete change in the perception of leadership in the corporate world today.
He advised the participants to adopt system oriented leadership model prevalent in other countries for better deliverability, quality and to create enhanced value for various stakeholders.
Dr. Choubey said public sector has contributed immensely for the development of national economy and there is every reason to be proud of our PSEs. He emphasized the participants to broaden their vision for the long term sustainability of the company.
He also emphasized for continued communication both horizontally and vertically between all layers in the organization which will enable the company to innovate and gain competitive edge.
