SECI extends Rs 29 point 01 lakhs CSR Support to Swacch Bharat Kosh Fund
NEW DELHI . Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) contributed Rs 29.01 lakhs of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund to “Swacch Bharat Kosh (SBK)” in response to the call given by Hon’ble Prime Minister to achieve the objective of Clean India (Swacch Bharat) by the year 2019, the 150th year of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi through Swacch Bharat Mission.
The cheque was presented to Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water & Sanitation, by Shri Rajeev Bhardwaj, Director (HR) SECI in the presence of Shri Parameswaran Iyer, Secretary, Drinking Water & Sanitation, and Shri J.S Mathur, Secretary, Panchayati Raj, Government of India.
