SWARAKSHA Self defence for women

BANGLORE. The women employees of KIOCL Limited, under the Banner of WIPS (Women In Public Sector) celebrated Women’s month in a fruitful manner On 18th March : A session “SWARAKSHA….. Self defence for women” was conducted for the KIOCL Township and neighbourhood women residents by Ms Sundari, Sub Inspector of Police, Panambur station. 

 

On 20th March morning : A session on “Women’s Rights and Protection” was conducted at the Resource Centre, KIOCL Limited, Mangalore for the women employees, trainees and the HOD’s of KIOCL by Ms. Shruthi, Assistant Commissioner of Police , Mangalore South. She gave useful information on laws applicable for women and how to register case and safeguard women legally. 

 

The women employees of KIOCL Limited donated the sanitary items ( buckets, mugs, toilet brush, brooms, mops toiletries) and also for all the children for consuming mid day meals at School, steel plates and tumblers were donated.
