Vigilance Awareness Week Begins in MECON

RANCHI: The observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week commenced at MECON with pledge taking ceremony administered by CMD Shri Atul Bhatt at 11 AM in Hindi. The oath was also taken in English by Siddarth Chakravarty, (ED). All the employees of MECON took oath to achieve integrity, transparency and accountability. New Chief Vigilance Officer, Shri Upkar Kumar Kedia was also introduced to the employees by CMD.
 
The letters from President of India, Vice President of India and Central Vigilance Commission was also read by Shri Atul Bhatt, Shri Sudarshan Panday and Shri Upkar Kumar Kedia, respectively.
 
Several activities like talks, interactive sessions, expert panel discussions, debates, speech and painting competition will also be organized on various anti-corruption topics through-out the week at the HRD Auditorium, Conference Hall and at various Schools and Colleges.
