Books and Sports Item Worth Rs One lakh Distributed on Independence Day
Lucknow: NTPC NRHQ celebrated 71st Independence Day with lot of fervour and enthusiasm.
Speaking on the occasion Shri R. S Rathee, RED(North) said that may the Indian tricolour always fly high and conveyed his warm wishes on the grand occasion of Independence Day .Shri Rathee also highlighted NTPC's performance and said all employees feel the pride of being the part of such a glorious company.
On this occasion as a part of CSR activity, Shri Rathee and Smt Sunita Rathee, President Uttra Mahila Mandal gave away the books , sports item and dustbins worth Rs. 21000/- to each Govt Primary Schools of Amolya, Mahmoodpur, Kinauna, Moajjam Nagar of Gosai Ganj tehsil & Jayati bhartam an NGO of Lucknow. In addition to this, Stationary item to 30 nos. of under privileged Children of Jan Sharnam, an NGO of Barabnki, were also given.
