Govt. of India meets Chief Secretary Govt. of Karnataka

Bangalore: Dr. Aruna Sharma, IAS, Secretary & Shri S. Abbasi, IAS, Joint Secretary Govt of India, Ministry of Steel along with Shri MV Subba Rao, CMD (Addl.), and Director (P&P), Director (Finance), KIOCL, met Shri Subhash Chandra Khuntia, IAS, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Karnataka on 13th July 2017 at Bangalore.
 
During the meeting, issues related to KIOCL’s forthcoming projects & various other issues were discussed.  Dr.  Aruna Sharma, IAS, requested Chief Secretary, Govt. of Karnataka to extend all necessary support for Devadari Iron Ore Project which was recently recommended by the state government for rejuvenating KIOCL.
 
Dr. Sharma along with Shri S. Abbasi, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel   also reviewed KIOCL’s performance in presence of Shri MV Subba Rao, CMD (Addl.), Shri N. Vidyananda, Director (Production & Projects), Shri S K Gorai, Director(Finance), Shri Vijay Kumar, IFS, CVO and other senior officials of the company.
