GSL Observes National Safety Day

GOA: National Safety Day/ Month campaign 2018 was inaugurated at Goa Shipyard Limited on 8th March 2018 to promote safety a the workplace. Different activities are planned during a month-long campaign at GSL which will include competition, training, demonstration etc for the employees.

 

Kicking off the campaign, Shri RAdm. Shekhar Mital, CMD administered a safety pledge to all the officers and employees. Addressing the gathering, he stressed the importance of safety at the workplace. He appealed all employees to be the role model for safety and to interact with subordinates to bring about behavioral and cultural change towards safety. 

 

HODs, Officers, safety committee members and employees of GSL were present during the function.
