IndianOil bags FIPI Company of the Year Award for Human Resources Management
New Delhi: IndianOil bagged the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) ‘Company of the Year’ Award in Human Resources Management for the year 2017 at a glittering awards ceremony held at New Delhi recently. Mr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director (HR), IndianOil, received the award from Padma Vibhushan Dr. RA Mashelkar, former Director General, CSIR, in the presence of Mr. Sanjiv Singh, Chairman, IndianOil, Dr. RK Malhotra, Director General, FIPI, and top management of oil & gas companies. The Corporation was felicitated for excellence across the entire spectrum of HR management, particularly succession planning and innovative employee-related initiatives.
IndianOil received a total of five FIPI awards this year, including Innovator of the Year (R&D Centre), Refinery of the Year (Panipat Refinery), Oil & Gas Pipeline, Transportation – Company of the Year and Woman Executive of the Year (Mrs. Ruma Barua of Pipelines Division).
