IREDA AND MNRE SIGN MoU FOR 2016-17
NEW DELHI .Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) for the year 2016-17 at a brief function held at New Delhi recently.
The MOU was signed by Shri Upendra Tripathi, Secretary, MNRE and Shri K.S. Popli, CMD, IREDA in the presence of senior officers from MNRE and IREDA.
For achieving “excellent” rating for the year 2016-17, among other targets, the loan sanctions has been set at Rs.10,000 crore, within an increase of over 62% over previous financial year target, while the revenue from operations has been set at Rs.1,525 crore and profit before tax at Rs.510 crore.
