ITDC Board Approves VRS for Employees
Jaipur: The Board of Directors of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) functioning under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism has approved the VRS Scheme for the employees of Hotel Jaipur Ashok.
With the transfer of Hotel Ashok Jaipur to the Rajasthan Government free of all encumbrances and liabilities; the proposal for introduction of VRS was initiated keeping in mind the fate of the employees of the units where the operations are being closed and units are being handed over to the State Government.
After detailed discussions the Board approved the VRS, implemented under Gujarat pattern circulated by DPE vide OM. 2(32)/92-DPE(WC) dated 5th May 2000 and subsequent amendments therein for employees of Hotel Jaipur Ashok, Jaipur.
