Rather than Women trying to prove themselves equal to Man it should be other way round as women are considered far far superior to Men when it comes to managing and creating a balance between work and family life. Women have been outperforming Men in almost every field and it’s an honour for me to be present among all of you, he said.
In today’s fast paced world everybody is busy like machine and carries lot of stress, these programs focus on how to make you physically and mentally fit and keep ailments away from the body.”
