ITI Limited Conferred with National Safety Awards
New Delhi: ITI Limited, Raebareli and Bangalore Plant have won the prestigious National Safety Award in three categories for the performance year 2016.
ITI Limited, Bangalore Plant, Karnataka received the certificate of National Safety Award as the winner for excellent performance in Industrial Safety based on Accident-Free Year. The Rae Bareli Plant (U.P.) of ITI Limited conferred the award for outstanding performance in Industrial Safety as runner-up in achieving Lowest Average Frequency Rate and in achieving Accident-Free Year.
The award was presented by Minister of State for Labour & Employment (Independent Charge), Government of India, Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar to Shri K Alagesan, Chairman & Managing Director, ITI Limited in the presence of Shri Heeralal Samariya, Secretary, Minister of Labour & Employment, Government of India on 17th September 2018.
