KIOCL Observes Vigilance Awareness Week 2018

Bengaluru: 'Vigilance Awareness Week' is being celebrated at KIOCL Limited from 29th Oct to 3rd  Nov. 2018. A talk on the theme – 'Eradicate Corruption-Build a New India' was organised on 02 November 2018 at KIOCL’s corporate office, Bengaluru. The Guest Speaker of the function was Justice N Santosh Hegde, a former judge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, former Solicitor General of India and former Lokayukta for Karnataka State.

 

While addressing the employees, shared his experiences about the cases he encountered in his career to fight out against corruption and advised to uphold high standards of integrity while discharge of duties. Justice Hegde further briefed on various types of corruption that exists in the country and the methodology to mitigate the same.

Justices Hegde also interacted with the employees and answered their queries. Shri S K Gorai, Director (Finance) and Dr. Vijay Kumar, CVO, Senior officials & Employees were present on the occasion.
