Sambalpur. MCL releases 1st installment of Rs 16.52 crore for water schemes in Talcher of Odisha On behalf of Collector, Angul, the first instalment cheque was received by Special Land Acquisition Officer Shri Magiram Pradhan from MCL General Manager (CSR) Shri B B Mishra. -
