The Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways and Shipping, Shri Nitin Gadkari and the Union Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water and Sanitation, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar witnessing the signing ceremony of an MoU between the Ministry of Shipping and the Ministry of Rural Development for Sagarmala - DDU GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) skill development training for coastal districts, in New Delhi on May 16, 2017.
