The Minister of State (I/C) for Power, Coal and New and Renewable Energy, Shri Piyush Goyal witnessing the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of India and Madhya Pradesh Government under the Scheme UDAY – “Ujwal DISCOM Assurance Yojana” for financial turnaround of the DISCOMs, in New Delhi on August 10, 2016.
