NALCO awarded for Best CSR practices
Bhubaneswar: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has been awarded ‘CSR Excellence Award in Gold category’ for the year 2015 in a national level seminar held at Bhubaneswar. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Quality and Environment Management Services (IQEMS), in association with Rotary Club - Heritage, Bhubaneswar.
On behalf of the company, Shri Pratap Aditya Mishra, Advisor (Corporate Communication & CSR) received the award from Shri Ashok Kumar Tripathy, IAS, Member, Board of Revenue & Chief Administrator, KBK, Government of Odisha. The seminar - based on theme ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives – Value Driven Social Change’ was inaugurated by Dr. Subash Pani, IAS (Retd.) and former Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha.
About 100 participants from various industries, state administration, Non-Governmental Organisations and members of civil societies participated in this seminar.
