Nalco CMD bats for Yoga as a corporate culture
Bhubaneswar: “In pursuit of corporate excellence, sometimes we over-stretch ourselves to a point of no resilience. So, Yoga is a must as a corporate culture to attain physical well-being and mental peace,” says Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD, Nalco. The Navratna company joined nation-wide celebration of International Yoga Day on Tuesday in its plants and offices.
At Bhubaneswar, the company, in association with Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, organized a practical demonstration of common protocols of yoga for its employees in the morning session. Yoga Mahotsav Samiti and Nalco Mahila Samiti organized a separate session for the family members of the employees in the evening.
