Nalco commissions wind power project in Rajasthan
Bhubaneswar, National Aluminium Company Ltd. (Nalco) Saturday said it has commissioned its second 47.6 MW wind power plant at Ludarva of Jaisalmer district in Rajasthan.
This is the second green initiative of NALCO for promoting sustainable development by harnessing unconventional and renewable energy sources that would credit the company with incentives from the government.The company is also planning to set up the third wind power plant in its own mined out area of Panchpatmali bauxite deposit in Koraput, Odisha, it said.Orissa Diary
