NCL ORGANISES MEDICAL CAMP IN KHARORA VILLAGE
Singrauli: Aimed at promoting community health, Nehru Shatabdi Chikitsalaya (NSC) Jayant of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) organised medical camp in Kharora village of Devsar Tehsil of Singrauli on September 10th, 2017.
The camp was organised under Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) ambit of the company in which team of doctors, under the guidance of Chief of Medical Services (CMS NCL), Dr.I.B.Mishra and Incharge CMS, Dr.Mina Narayan examined patients for various physical ailments.
In addition to conducting primary health check-up, team of doctors consisting of Dr.Sanjeev Srivastava, Dr.D.Prasad, Dr.Harish, Dr.Sandeep Lal, Dr.Asif, Dr.Preeti Lakra and Dr.Juhi also conducted optical, dental, orthopedic, gynecological and pediatric examination of men, women and children attending the camp. Based on the medical examination, medicines as prescribed by the doctors were given free of cost to the patients. A total of 280 residents of village Kharora got benefited from the camp.
Team of doctors and Team CSR of NSC Jayant also educated villagers about health and hygiene. Villagers thanked Team NSC and hoped for similar camps in future too.
