NCL Sets up GST Helpdesk at Corporate Headquarter

New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited launched a helpdesk at Headquarter Singrauli to facilitate smooth transition to Goods and Services Tax, a new tax regime to be implemented from July 1st, 2017.

 

The Director (Finance) Shri P.S.R.K Sastry in his inaugural address said that the nation is going to witness biggest reform in indirect tax structure shortly. In the backdrop of this transformation, NCL has created a help desk for dissemination of GST related information and vendor registration facilitation. He said that a dedicated link called ‘GST Awareness’ is available on NCL website (nclcil.in) which will be updated as and when required. He further said that in addition to corporate helpdesk and website, the vendors can contact respective areas of NCL where Area Finance Managers (AFM) will extend all the necessary help on GST.

 

Headed by Shri.Hemant Sindhwani, Asstt.Manager(Finance), the helpdesk will provide single window solution to help vendors resolve their queries and will remain operational till 30th June 2017.
