NHPC exchanged a letter of Intent with NEA Engineering Co Ltd

NEW DELHI. NHPC exchanged a letter of Intent (LoI) with NEA Engineering Co. Ltd., Nepal for mutual co-operation in the field of Design & Engineering recently in the presence of Shri Balraj Joshi, CMD, NHPC.

 

On this occasion a meeting between NHPC and the hydropower delegates of Nepal was held at NHPC Corporate Office. The delegation from Nepal included Shri Anup Kumar Upadhyaya, Board Director-BKSHCL and former Energy Secretary, Govt. of Nepal and Shri Hitendra Dev Sakya, Managing Director, NEA Engineering Co. Ltd and Shri Deepak Rauniar, MD, BKSHCL. The meeting was also attended by Shri Ratish Kumar Director (Projects), Shri Nikhil Kumar Jain Director (Personnel), Shri M.K. Mittal, Director (Finance) and other senior officials from NHPC.

 

With the exchange of above LoI, a new journey, both for NHPC and NEA Engineering Co Ltd., has begun for mutual co-operation and collaboration in the field of hydropower development in Nepal.
