NLC Conferred with Global HR Leadership Award by World HRD Congress
Mumbai: Shri R. Vikraman, Director (HR), NLC India Limited has been bestowed with the 'Global HR Leadership Award' in the Global HR Excellence Award Ceremony organised by World HRD Congress at Taj Lands End at Mumbai, on 15th February 2019. This Award was given by Dr. Sanjay Mutthal, Executive Director, Insist Executive Search and Dr. Rajan Saxena, Director, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in the grant ceremony.
World Human Resource Development Congress (WHRD) has organised 27th edition of Global HR excellence awards at Mumbai to recognise the HR leaders of India who have rendered outstanding contribution to organisational development based on company’s vision and objectives.
The objective of the award was to recognise the Leaders in conscience driven companies who lead their organisation more effectively into a Trust building Trust and Resilience Company. This makes the organisation more agile and improves its Competitive ability. When competitive ability improves - the organisation is more ready to build Future Leaders.
The Global HR Leadership Award is conferred on Shri R. Vikaramn Director (HR) NLCIL for his outstanding contribution in the areas of Policy on promoting Employee Engagement and Development, Developing Leadership Pipeline and Succession Planning, taking initiatives to meet the challenges of disruptive technology through different IT initiatives and IT-based Knowledge Management System in NLCIL.
Shri R. Vikraman was honoured in the presence of world HRD leaders and HR leaders of renowned companies of India and global and Shri R Vikraman was appreciated for his best HR initiatives and best practices introduced in NLCIL for the improvement of Human resource development activities.
