NLCIL observing Cleanliness Fortnight 2017 through campaign on cleanliness
Neyveli: As a part of the Cleanliness Fortnight’2017 (16.08.2017-31.08.2017) and day 13 of the action plan, NLCIL conducted Training workshop on Sanitation to the members of the Self Help Groups(SHGs) and the Public at Vegakollai this morning (28.08.2017) involving the members of the Neyveli Chapter of the Women in Public Sector (WIPs).Rally by school students, SHG members and public on personal hygiene was held.
Dr. B.Suguna Sarasa, CMO/Skin, NLCIL GH spoke on cleanliness at personal and environment level. A skit was enacted by the team CSR, WIPS and the public at the Vega Kollai Government Middle School.Awareness rally with 200 members of the public,SHG members,Students went around the streets carrying the message on the topic. Shri. Muthukumaran,Secretary of the Panchayat Union,Smt Gowri,Head Mistress of the school, officials of the CSR cell and members of WIPS participated.
