NLCIL Spents Rs 38 crores for CSR activities

Cuddalore. Shri R. Vikraman, Director (HR), NLC India Limited, inaugurated the new School building for Panchayat Union Middle School at Siruvathur Village and a Over Head Tank(OHT) in school premises, constructed under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme of NLCIL, on 18.05.2017 at Siruvathur Village, Cuddalore District. 
 
As part of CSR Programme, it has constructed the new 2 storied school building at a cost of Rs 32 Lakhs. Shri R.Vikraman, said that NLCIL as a corporate citizen always committed to serve the local communities by bringing confidence, dignity and add value there by enhancing the quality of life of the people. 
 
He stated that as part of CSR NLCIL has Spent Rs 38 crores for the financial year 2016-17. He reiterated that NLC IL had spent more than ?81 crores for the financial year 2015-16 wherein it had constructed 1200 Toilet Blocks in Tamilnadu.
