PFC Consulting Enters into a MoU with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd
NEW DELHI: PFC Consulting Ltd. has entered into a MoU with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. on 27th December, 2017 for jointly exploring opportunities in electricity distribution sector in the country which shall inter-alia include various distribution projects, Network Strengthening, Electrical Mobility, Smart Grid, Smart Metering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Distributed Energy Resources, Energy storage, Trainings etc. or any other distribution scheme of Ministry of Power (MoP), Govt. of India in various State Discoms/ Utilities and/or in electricity distribution sector worldwide. PFC Consulting Ltd is wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Ltd.,
The MoU was executed in presence of Shri Rajeev Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director, PFC, Functional Directors of PFC and senior officials of PFCCL & Tata Power-DDL.
Shri Subir Mulchandani, Chief Executive Officer, PFCCL signed the MoU on behalf of PFCCL and Shri Praveer Sinha, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Tata Power-DDL executed the MoU on behalf of Tata Power-DDL.
