PowerGrid achievement
NEW DELHI. April 6 , 2016
The Power Grid Corporation of India has commissioned transmission projects worth Rs 30,300 crore (unaudited) during 2015-16, which is the highest-ever commissioning achieved by the company. In an official statement, the company said it has achieved the planned capital expenditure of Rs 22,500 crore (provisional).
The company had reported a total income of ?15,320 crore and posted profit after tax of ?4,428 crore,” the official statement added.
